How to join the priority list:
- Connect with Us: Reach out to the Lindsey Land & Home Real Estate Team to start the conversation. We’ll walk you through everything you need to know about securing your spot.
- Submit a Reservation: When you’re ready, we’ll provide a non-binding reservation agreement and instructions for submitting your fully refundable deposit via Pioneer Title Company.
- Secure Your Priority Number: Once your reservation is submitted, you’ll receive a priority number—placing you in line for your preferred lot selection.
What happens next
When we’re ready to break ground, buyers will be contacted in order of priority to:
- Confirm their intent to purchase
- Review the purchase details, including:
- HOA documentation
- Interior finishes and available upgrades
- Final purchase price
- Build timeline
